Styleboiler is pleased to announce its ongoing collaboration with the University of Trento, specifically with the Department of Industrial Engineering.
As part of this partnership, an advanced finite element analysis (FEM) model has been developed specifically for our company.
This model, the result of joint work between our engineers and the university’s academic team, represents a significant advancement in simulation techniques applied to DHW (domestic hot water) tanks. Moreover, it is used as an educational tool within the master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, providing students with an advanced learning experience directly connected to the industrial world.
FEM analysis is a key tool for improving reliability, reducing costs, and accelerating the development cycle of new products, offering Styleboiler a significant competitive advantage. Thanks to virtual simulation, the number of physical prototypes required during product development can be reduced, while allowing for virtual testing of performance under extreme operating conditions that are difficult to replicate in the real world.
The collaboration with the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Trento reaffirms Styleboiler’s commitment to continuous innovation and the training of new generations of specialized engineers.
